Terms of service

The agreement between you and LotusProxy for the proxy pack service.

Last updated: 5 November 2026LotusProxy

1. The agreement

This page is the agreement between you and LotusProxy for the website at lotusproxy.com and the proxy pack service. By using the site, creating an account, adding balance, or ordering a pack, you accept these terms.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can agree to these terms for that company.

2. Accounts

An account is a username and a password. We do not require an email address. Keep your password private and do not publish it. Two-factor sign-in is available if you want a second step.

Do not sell, buy, or transfer an account. If an account is transferred, we may block it without a refund. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

3. The pack service

A pack is a set of exit IPs, each delivered as a SOCKS5 host:port, for 24 hours from the order. Access is controlled by the source IPs or CIDRs on your allowlist. There is no username or password for pack endpoints.

Pack contents are a world mix of healthy exit IPs. We do not promise a particular country, city, ISP, postal code, line type, or exit IP. An endpoint may be rebound if the device behind it goes offline. The current list is shown in your account.

Traffic is not metered. There is no per-gigabyte charge and no traffic cap. We do not log the traffic that passes through a pack or the sites you reach through it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. A pack price covers 24 hours and depends on the pack size. The price shown is the price charged.

Balances are funded with Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Monero. We do not take card payments. A deposit is credited after it confirms on-chain. Unused balance stays on the account and is spent on packs. There are no cash withdrawals.

We may change payment methods and prices. A change does not affect a balance you have already funded or a pack you have already bought.

5. Access and allowlist

You add the source IPs or CIDRs that may use your pack. Connections from other addresses are refused. If your source address changes, update the allowlist before you connect. Keep the allowlist limited to addresses you control.

Do not share pack endpoints in public, allowlist addresses you do not control, or use software that gives other people access to your pack.

6. Refunds

If an endpoint cannot be provisioned, the failed part is refunded to your balance in proportion to the pack price. For other problems, open a ticket and support will review the request.

Refunds are credited to your balance. We do not send refunds in cryptocurrency. One refund per order.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or anything that leads to blacklisting. Do not attack our network, scan our proxy servers, or use checkers or brute-force tools against them. Do not use the service to harm other people or their systems.

We may suspend an account and keep the relevant records if we have a specific concern. If the concern is confirmed, we may close the account. Where the law requires it, we may report the matter to the authorities.

8. Availability

The service depends on devices and relays that come and go. We do not guarantee that a particular pack size, country, or line is available at any moment. If the pool cannot fill a pack size, the order page will not offer it.

9. Liability

We provide the service as it is. We are not liable for a failure caused by your own systems, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law. We are also not liable for a failure caused by something outside our reasonable control.

You agree to cover the cost of claims that come from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe the service is being used for illegal activity.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
